At Keg N Bottle, we strive to ensure your premium spirits and beverages arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, returns are generally accepted only for damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Carefully examine your package upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before signing for the delivery.

    Document and Report

    If you discover an issue, take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label, then contact our support team immediately at orders@kegnbottle.com.

  • 3.
    Await Authorization

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions if a return is required.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or dispatch a replacement shipment within 3-5 business days.
