Hatozaki is produced at the Kaikyo Distillery in Akashi, Japan, and takes its name from Japan’s oldest stone lighthouse – a symbol of guidance and quality. This expression, Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky, is designed to be approachable, delicate and unmistakably Japanese in style.

A blend of malt (40%) and grain (60%) whiskies, it is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and Mizunara oak casks to give a gentle balance of sweet grain, soft malt, light fruit and subtle spice. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is ideal for sipping neat, over ice, or in highball-style cocktails.
