How do you ensure the safety of fragile bottles during shipping?

We use industry-leading, reinforced packaging and custom-molded inserts to protect every bottle. In the rare event of breakage, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do I need to be present to sign for my alcohol delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all deliveries containing alcohol. The carrier will verify your government-issued ID upon arrival.

What is your return policy for food and beverage items?

Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food or opened beverage containers. If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately for a resolution.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
